–Friday, June 27 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
–Please leave your drop bags at the Community Center by 5:00 PM Friday
Pre-Race Meeting ~ Sturgis Community Center Theater
–Friday, June 27 ~ 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
–Attendance is strongly encouraged so that runners may obtain the most up to date information on trail conditions and a description of how the course was marked.
RACE DAY START TIMES
ALL EVENTS START AT WOODLE FIELD
SATURDAY, JUNE 28th
Race Day Check-in – 4:30 to 5:45 AM, Woodle Field
–MANDATORY: To be sure everyone is accounted for during the race, we must first know who is on the course. If you are not checked in at the start on the morning of the race, we will assume you are not here and you will be recorded as a DNS.
Race Start – 6:00 AM – All three events
ALL EVENTS FINISH AT WOODLE FIELD
50 Mile Cut-off – 10:00 PM, Saturday, June 28 (16 hour limit)
100k Cut-off – 2:00 AM, Sunday, June 29 (20 hour limit)
100 Mile Cut-off – 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 29 (32 hour limit)
Awards – 12:00 PM, Sunday, June 30, Woodle Field
We recognize that some 50M and 100K (and possibly 100M) finishers will be done with their events and need to leave town before noon on Sunday. If you can not attend the awards ceremony, we will be happy to give you your award before you leave, provided sufficient results have been tallied. If you opt to have your award mailed, you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
